If there’s an exclamation mark next to a name, this means that the setup for your child’s new toy isn’t completely done. In the My Pals Scout and Violet box, you’ll see a button with your kid’s name. Now, you’ll be at the Leapfrog homepage, showing all the connected Leapfrog toys. Enter your kid’s name, their date of birth date, grade level, and gender. This is an essential step in creating your child’s Learning Path. Providing Your Kid’s InfoĪfter you’re done creating the Leapfrog account, you’ll need to add personalized information about who will be playing with your toy. Once you’ve entered all the required information, click Agree and Continue. The Learning Path features personalized insight regarding the skills that your child is exploring. By creating the account, you’ll gain access to your kid’s Leapfrog Learning Path. It works like any other online registration process and is fairly simple and straightforward.
Now, you’ll need to create your Leapfrog parent account. Keep in mind that you may be prompted to choose some things a few times during the installation, so be patient and stay at your computer until the installation is complete. Once downloaded, install the app by running the install file and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process. From this page, locate the Download Software section and click Download. To download the Leapfrog Connect app, visit and navigate to the My Pals Scout & Violet page. Additionally, you can create a Leapfrog learning path to watch activities and skills that your child is exploring. Using this app, you can personalize the Scout/Violet toy by adding your child’s name, their favorite food, animal, color, music, etc. Downloading and Installing the AppĪs mentioned, in order to set up and personalize the My Pal devices, you need to download and install the Leapfrog Connect Application on your Mac or PC.
